1. Service Terms
DeviceRx specializes in high-precision repair for Apple hardware, including iPhone, MacBook, iPad, and iMac systems. Our service is exclusively mobile, providing professional home-service solutions across the Pampanga region.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that DeviceRx is an independent service provider and is not an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Repairs may involve the use of premium original or high-quality third-party components depending on your selection.
2. Diagnosis & Approval
Before any invasive procedure, our technicians perform a complete telemetry and diagnostic scan. No repair commences without your explicit digital or written approval of the final estimate.

3. 90-Day Warranty
We stand by our precision engineering. All services include a comprehensive 90-day warranty covering both replacement parts and labor.

4. Payments
Full payment is due when your tracker shows the repair is ready for release. We accept cash and major digital payment methods. Failure to complete payment may result in a lien on the device until the balance is settled.
5. Liability
While we exercise extreme caution, DeviceRx is not responsible for data loss. Customers are strictly advised to back up all data before repair. Our liability is limited to the total cost of the service provided.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pampanga.
